This Privacy Policy describes how Wealth Strategy Media LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Tweeble website and member platform (the “Platform”). This Policy is incorporated into, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
We collect the following categories of information in connection with your use of the Platform:
Name, business/company name, title, email address, phone number, password (stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text), business description, business website, headshots, business logo, and social media handles you choose to add. If you publish a Speaker Profile or Business Directory listing, the information you include on that listing - including display name, location, biography, accomplishments, rates, cover photos, and additional photos - is displayed publicly.
Subscription plan, billing frequency, transaction and order history, and credit/Media Pass balances. Your payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc.; we do not receive or store your full card number. See Section 4 below.
Blog posts, event listings and associated photos/video, advertisement submissions, redemption intake- form responses, connection (CRM) records you create about third parties, and messages you send through Tweeble Chat or the Speaker/Event/Business messaging features.
Images and documents you upload (headshots, cover photos, event media, connection photos, redemption attachments) are stored in a private cloud storage bucket and are not publicly accessible except where you have chosen to publish content that includes them (for example, a published Speaker Profile headshot).
Your referral code and referral activity; if you apply for the nonprofit discount program, your organization's name and Employer Identification Number (EIN), which we may check against publicly available third-party nonprofit-registry data solely to assist our internal review.
Log data, IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar technical information collected automatically when you use the Platform, including through the cookies and similar technologies described in Section 5.
If you add a Connection (a business contact) or share content with another member, we store the information you provide about that individual. If you refer someone or invite them into a chat by email, we store the email address you provide for the purpose of sending that invitation.

All payment card information is entered directly into Stripe's hosted, PCI-compliant checkout interface and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive and store only the transaction outcome, amount, and non-sensitive metadata (such as a payment method's card brand and last four digits) needed to display your order history and manage your subscription.
We use essential cookies to maintain your logged-in session and keep the Platform secure. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this Policy accordingly.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, comply with our legal and tax obligations (including transaction and payout records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Published public content (such as a blog post or event listing) may remain accessible after you request account deletion if it has already been shared, indexed, or distributed, unless we are legally required to remove it sooner.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including password hashing, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and private-by-default file storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the following choices and rights regarding your information:
If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants you additional statutory privacy rights (such as the right to know, delete, or opt out of certain processing), you may exercise those rights by contacting us using the information in Section 12, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
The Platform is intended solely for adults eighteen (18) years of age or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under eighteen, we will delete that information and terminate the associated account.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (for example, a member's external website, social media profiles, or Relief Alliance's website). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site, and this Policy does not apply to information you provide to a third party.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on the Platform and updating the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after a revised Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
