What are credits, and what can I do with them?
Credits are money inside Tweeble. 1,000 credits are worth $25. Paid members receive credits every month and can redeem them for branding and design services, media services, TV placement, magazine placement, and items in every Tweeble marketplace. 50% of your unused monthly credits roll over to the next month.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing is 10% off the monthly price on every paid plan. Pick Join Annually on the plan you want and the discount is applied at checkout.
Who qualifies for the free custom e-commerce store?
Two things must be true: you have an active paid Tweeble membership (Starter, Growth or Authority), and you run a business or nonprofit that is already making $3,000 or more a month in online sales. If you do not meet the sales requirement yet, Tweeble can still build the site for a one-time fee of $2,500.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can change or cancel your membership from your account. Free is always free, and you keep your account, your profile and everything you have earned.
What happens to my listings if I leave a paid plan?
Free accounts can have up to 10 listings (products, services, clothes, shoes and books combined). If you move down from a paid plan, you choose which listings to keep. Nothing is deleted without your say-so.
Earnings can be paid out by PayPal or check, and by direct bank deposit (coming soon). Results vary. Nothing on this page is a guarantee of income, sales or placement.
